Coverage
Watches sold by BeepWear are covered by a 12-month limited limited
warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Duration
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, evidenced by your
order confirmation .
Who provides the warranty
This is a BeepWear store warranty. Where a valid transferable manufacturer’s warranty also applies, we pass along any documentation included with the watch.
What’s covered
Defects in the movement, case, dial, and factory components arising from normal use.
What’s excluded
- Normal wear (scratches, strap wear, battery depletion where applicable).
- Water damage beyond the watch’s rated resistance, or from a case/crown left open.
- Damage from accident, misuse, unauthorised service, or alteration.
- Loss or theft.
How to make a claim
- Contact info@beepwear.com with your order number and a description (and photos) of the issue.
- We’ll assess the claim and provide next steps, including where to send the watch for assessment.
- Valid claims are repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
